La Palma Airport Car Park

Dear customers, the public Car Park at La Palma Airport (P1, S2) is mandatory for both vehicle collection and drop-off. We therefore ask you to read the following rules for car rentals at La Palma Airport carefully:

• The car park cost is included in your booking price, provided you arrive at the Meeting Point within 35 minutes of your flight landing and follow the instructions provided here and by our staff.
• You must go to the Car Park for both collection and return. It is located directly below the Terminal on Level S2, Zone A, where the Meeting Point is situated.
• Please remember that you must NEVER follow the “Car Rental Parking” signs, as these are reserved exclusively for concessionaire companies. Non-compliance will result in a charge of up to £30.00 / €30.00 to the hirer, as it leads to fines and lost time for the company. Vehicle returns must strictly be made in any space within ZONE A.
• Returning the car in any area other than the new P1 S2 Zone A Car Park will result in a fine and towing by AENA, with the corresponding charges billed to the customer.
• Access to the “Meeting Point in Car Park” is located in Car Park S2, Zone A, beneath the terminal. Once on this level, turn left; near the end, you will find Zone A, where we will be waiting for you (there are Meeting Point signs along the entire route).
• Please proceed to the meeting point as soon as you exit baggage reclaim, as we will only wait for a reasonable amount of time after the plane arrives. If you are delayed for any reason (e.g. lost luggage), please call us on +34 627 471 111.
• Once you receive the parking ticket, you have 10 minutes to exit the car park.
• For vehicle returns, the entrance to this car park is reached after passing the North roundabout—take the 2nd exit on the right, approximately 300 metres towards Mazo Airport (strictly in the North-to-South direction).
• Upon returning the car, you must leave the entry ticket along with the vehicle key in the glove compartment, leaving the car unlocked. (Failure to leave the ticket will result in a charge on your credit card equal to 1 day’s parking fee: £10.00 / €10.00).
• If travelling with more than one person, it is recommended that only the driver goes to the meeting point. Once you have collected the vehicle, you can pick up the remaining passengers and luggage at the loading/unloading area directly in front of the terminal.
• Please ensure you fill in the collection and return times correctly. All returns after 19:00 Monday to Friday, after 16:00 on Saturdays, and after 18:00 on Sundays incur an extra fee. If you originally scheduled your return after these hours but end up returning the car earlier, please inform us so we can try to issue a refund.
